“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.”— Zig Ziglar
Empowering individuals through holistic health and mental fitness.
At times, we can find ourselves far from where we expected to be — or unsure how to take the next step. I offer a calm, supportive coaching space to help you make sense of where you are now and what matters next.
My work is non-clinical coaching, focused on clarity, coping, and sustainable change, rather than diagnosis or treatment. I walk alongside you, offering thoughtful guidance informed by public health, psychology, and evidence-based coaching practice.
I believe that lasting change happens through self-understanding, values clarity, and choice — not pressure or quick fixes. Sessions are collaborative and paced, supporting you to explore what influences your decisions, habits, and goals, and to develop approaches that feel realistic and aligned with what matters to you.
My approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment–based (ACT) tools and techniques, alongside motivational interviewing and wellbeing-focused coaching methods. These tools support skills such as noticing unhelpful patterns, responding more flexibly to difficult thoughts or emotions, and taking values-led action in everyday life. They are used in an educational, non-therapeutic way, tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
Coaching with me:
does not involve therapy, diagnosis, or treatment
sits clearly within ethical, non-clinical coaching practice
uses ACT-informed tools and other psychological frameworks responsibly
offers structured reflection and evidence-informed strategies
This coaching may suit you if you’re looking for space to think, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
You’re welcome to get in touch to explore whether this feels like a good fit.
