With expertise in public health, psychology, motivational interviewing, evidence-based lifestyle medicine, mental fitness, and ACT (acceptance and commitment) therapy tools, I tailor sessions to your unique needs. Coaching is a collaborative process where we co-create strategies that address the interconnected aspects of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

How are you accredited?

I am a UKIHCA certified and accredited in health and mental health coaching, supported by a background in psychology and public health. I have also undertaken ACT therapy training with Dr Russ Harris.

What is holistic coaching?

Holistic coaching addresses the whole person, focusing on mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Coaching stands apart from traditional therapy or healthcare by offering a collaborative approach, where we walk alongside you as you discover your own solutions. While we bring expertise in areas like metabolic health, nutrition, and mental well-being, the focus is on your personal journey, driven by your priorities. Our role is to empower you to create and achieve your own transformative health goals.

What happens in the first health coaching session?

Your initial consultation offers you the chance to:

  • Discuss their current health challenges and goals

  • Learn how I can support your journey

  • Understand the coach-client relationship

  • Determine if we're the right fit for each other

  • Review session and package pricing

  • This meeting typically lasts 15-30 minutes.

After this discovery session, if you think we are the right fit you can book into a package based on your needs. These are typically 45-60 minutes each, with the first coaching session lasting 90 minutes.

Our listening service provides a safe space for individuals to express thoughts and feelings without judgment for support.
